Post Graduate Diploma Program
The Post Graduate Diploma Program on Cross-cultural Management and Leadership (Mandarin) is a 6-month program offered by HUI GU ACADEMY, requiring either a bachelor’s degree in any major without work experience, or a diploma in any major plus completion of Yi Jing (or a similar major) with at least 5 years of work experience, and consists of 6 modules.

Understanding Yi Jing Principles: Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and concepts of the Yi Jing (I Ching), including its historical and philosophical background.

Yi Jing in HR Practices: Students will learn how to integrate Yi Jing principles into Human Resource Management (HRM), including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development.

Yi Jing in Marketing Strategy: Students will understand how to apply Yi Jing principles to develop effective marketing strategies, emphasizing adaptability and responsiveness to changing market conditions.
